1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. We may ask for photographic ID on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, breaches our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable conduct standards.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Velvetplazaevergreen or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
